Cancellations.


Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours prior to appointment.
 
If a Client cancels outside of 24 hours there is no cancellation charge.
 
If a Client cancels inside of 24 hours there is a 50% non refundable charge.
 
If a Client cancels 2 hours before the appointment or does not show up there is 100% non refundable charge. 

If a Client cancels or misses an appointment twice in a row the client will be asked to pay in full for the service at the time of
 booking. 

If a Client has been
 a No Show and tries to book again the Client will need to pay in full for the service at the time of booking.



Policy regarding possible service failure.

As with anything in life sometimes things can go wrong, accidents happen and nail services can fail.
In the event that you should break a nail or your polish should peel or chip, I say this,..
If
 it happens within 48 hrs after your initial appointment then I will replace for free, if however, it happens anytime after 48 hrs then it cannot be down to service failure and any repairs will be chargeable.

I am not in control
 of, or responsible for a clients nails once they have left my salon.
